emSentia Scheduling

Find a meeting time across people who don't share a calendar — without the back and forth.

Propose a handful of times, share one link, and let everyone mark what works for them. When the answer is clear, book it and everyone gets the invitation. Built by emSentia for scheduling with customers and partners.

How it works

  1. Propose some times. Pick candidate slots on a week grid. If your Google Calendar is connected, the times you're already busy are shaded so you don't offer them.
  2. Share one link. Everyone you invite marks each time as yes, if-need-be, or no — no account, nothing to install. If none of them work, they say so and suggest an alternative in the same place.
  3. Book the winner. You see who can make what, pick the time, and everyone gets a calendar invitation.

Connecting Google Calendar

Connecting a calendar is optional, and everything works without it. When an organizer chooses to connect one, emSentia Scheduling requests two Google Calendar permissions and uses each for a single purpose:

Calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train any model. Disconnecting deletes the stored connection. Full detail is in the privacy policy, alongside the terms of service.
